Winston Staffing is a JC certified medical staffing firm located in New York, NY.  We have multiple needs for experienced Cat Scan/CT Technologists throughout the NY Metro area.  Our jobs are working in some of the most world reknowned hospitals in the heart of Manhattan. We can offer both local pay rates and travel pay packages. We have 36 hour, 40 hour and 48 hour assignments available and most positions offer an opportunity for conversion to a permanent facility employee.

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions.  Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administering contract media as needed and following safety protocols and assessing patient reactions.
• Operating and maintain Cat Scan/CT Scanning equipment, troubleshooting minor issues when necessary.
• Ensuring accurate patient identification and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience, hospital experience preferred.

ARRT certification in Radiography an CT Technician/Cat Scan.

Licensure as required by the state in which the assignment is located.
