After posting our Nuclear Medicine Technologist on our website with no luck, I decided to give iHire a try. As soon as the posting went "live" we were flooded with qualified candidates! "Awesome Reps! This year has been very challenging in HR to hire employees and backfill their positions. Every post you spend money on there are either no qualified applicants or just no applicants at all. My company uses Indeed, LinkedIn, and a third-party recruiting staffing agency and it still has been a battle to hire employees. After I started using iHire it was very tough to add another job recruiting platform to my budget to find applicants, but I had to do what was necessary.
