Professional Development

  • Keep credentials up-to-date by tracking and completing continuing education credits to remain in good standing with ARRT or other professional organizations.
  • Maintain Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through recognized agencies and provide updates to the Site Manager and HR.

Customer Service

  • Uphold ProScan’s standards for excellent customer service, actively prioritizing the comfort and safety of each patient.
  • Respond quickly to patient feedback, assisting them in completing satisfaction surveys to ensure a confidential, honest feedback loop.
