Position Responsibilities
As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services. Duties include:

• Verifying patient identity and reviewing physician orders before procedures.
• Using X-ray equipment to capture images of bones, tissues, and organs as per physician instructions.
• Explaining procedures to patients and answering questions.
• Positioning patients safely and effectively, including assisting those with limited mobility.
• Operating radiologic equipment safely, keeping radiation doses as low as possible.
• Utilizing electronic patient information systems to confirm patient details and exam requirements.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal training program at an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Active state license in the location of the position.
• Minimum of 2 years of X-ray Technologist experience.
• Experience with C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, Diagnostic X-Ray, Sonography, and/or Certified MRI Technologist preferred.

Additional Details

• Shift: Day Shift
• Type: Travel contract (hourly rate includes housing and meal stipends)
• Applicants within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and ineligible for stipends.
