East Market:
Completion of an accredited cardiovascular technology associate degree program with supervised clinical experience in echocardiography
Current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS),
OR
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International. New hire technologists must be registry eligible and become registered within 6 months of hire.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer
BLS Certification upon hire or within 30 days of hire or transfer.
