Position Summary:Performs duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures applying ultrasound for the purpose of detecting pathology.Operatesthe ultrasoundequipment and developsthe ultrasoundfilms to form a permanent record of the examination.Uses sterile techniques with all procedures that require them andassiststhe radiologist in all procedures that require physicians presence.

What qualifications you will need:

• Vocational School Graduate
• Ultrasonographer, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist
• BLS certification required
• 1-3 years of ultrasound experience
