Position Summary: Chief Radiation Therapist
Location: Within commuting distance from Columbus, OH
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Call Rotation: 1 week on, 2 weeks off (only 3 total callbacks last year)
Role Type: 85% administrative / 15% clinical
Team Size: 2 Radiation Therapists + 1 Oncology RN
Patient Volume: ~9 patients/day

• Guide the daily operations of a small, mission-driven team

• Support and supervise Radiation Therapists and nursing staff

• Manage treatment schedules and staffing with a steady hand

• Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation standards

• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams for exceptional patient outcomes

• Foster a warm, efficient, and positive department culture

• Certified Radiation Therapist (ARRT-T) with prior leadership or senior-level experience

• Strong grasp of clinical workflow and departmental operations

• Thoughtful, communicative leadership style with an eye for detail

• Must live within 6070 minutes of the facility for on-call response

• A stable, daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays

• Minimal call demands in a low-stress environment
