A CT Technologist, or Computed Tomography Technologist, plays a crucial role in the radiology field, responsible for operating computerized tomographic equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies. They must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and should also have certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
