We are a small 12-bed - critical access hospital located in the SW corner of NE. We are located only 3.5 hours from Denver International Airport and the Rocky Mountains.

Our facility culture is that of a family. We have a very generous paid time off program where your first year of employment, if working full-time you will earn 22 days of paid time off. This increases each year you work for our facility and after 5 years you are earning 36 days of paid time off each year.

We work closely with our community for wellness activities, community events such as our Home Owned Carnival, and school events. In 2020 we added on a new Physical Therapy Department with a Therapy Pool, an over a 2 million dollar project, with no debt to the hospital. The facility was built with donations from community members and support from our County Commissioners. We are proud of our facility and each and every person that works here.

With small facilities you will learn about patient care of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Departments come together when it is called for. Our CEO will be holding patients hands and our CFO will be working as a medical scribe if needed. We approach each day with the moto of "what is best for our patients". We have set the goal of being the provider of choice as well as the employee of choice, as we draw in staff and patients from a tri-state region.
